Everyday IT support
Help staff with account access, email, devices and recurring technical problems. Agree which users, systems and support channels are included before the service starts.
Remote-first IT support from an Isleworth-based business, with visits to your premises when needed. Bring us your support, cloud, security or network requirements and we will agree a practical scope with you.
Fix Networks is based in Isleworth and prioritises enquiries from organisations across West London. We work mainly remotely, helping staff and managing systems without needing to be in your office for every request.
Some work needs someone on site: checking cabling, installing network equipment or preparing devices at your premises. We arrange those visits around the work required, access to the site and availability. Our registered office is a home office; client visits take place at the client’s premises by arrangement.
For a single office, a school or several sites, start with the systems you use and the problem you need to solve. See our support information for schools and academies or businesses and multi-site organisations.

Plan Wi-Fi, switches, connectivity and network changes around how your premises are used. Physical faults and installations may need an arranged site visit.
Review Microsoft 365 access, device policies and security settings. Identify priorities and agree changes with the people responsible for your systems.
For a migration or infrastructure change, explore IT projects and infrastructure planning. We can discuss a defined project separately from ongoing support.
Normal business hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. Evening and weekend installations, upgrades and project work are available by prior arrangement, with scope and pricing agreed separately. Response targets and escalation routes depend on the service agreed. An enquiry does not create an emergency support commitment. Existing clients should use the support channel in their contract.
Many account, email and device issues can be investigated remotely with the appropriate access. If a fault involves physical equipment or cabling, we will discuss an on-site visit.
Send your postcode and the work required. Isleworth and West London are our local enquiry focus; we confirm visit arrangements and availability for your location before committing to work.
Prepare an outline of your users, devices, subscriptions, renewal dates and existing support agreement. Our guide to what managed IT support includes explains the scope to discuss before a handover.
Tell us where you are based, what systems you use and what needs to improve. We will discuss the appropriate next step.
