Wi-Fi That Fits Your Building and Users
Wi-Fi surveys, access points, controllers, guest hotspots and point-to-point wireless links for businesses and schools in Isleworth and West London.
How this service helps
Weak coverage, unreliable roaming, crowded classrooms or guests sharing the staff network need more than another access point. We review the building, client devices, wired uplinks and current configuration to identify the cause. We plan and install wireless networks, configure controllers and agree ongoing management where required. A building-to-building wireless link is assessed separately for distance, line of sight, mounting and network requirements.

What's Included
- Wireless assessment and access-point placement planning
- Access-point installation and controller configuration
- Central management and agreed configuration maintenance
- Separate staff, pupil, business and guest networks
- Guest hotspot access and agreed access controls
- Point-to-point wireless link assessment and installation
- Coverage, roaming and application checks within the agreed test scope
How It Works
We establish where wireless is failing and how the site is used. After an agreed survey or review, we define equipment, cabling, access controls and installation windows. We install and configure the agreed design, test representative devices and areas, then hand over administration details and maintenance responsibilities.
- 01
Understand
Review your environment, constraints and business priorities.
- 02
Agree the scope
Define responsibilities, deliverables and the change window.
- 03
Implement
Make controlled changes with testing and a rollback plan.
- 04
Hand over
Validate the result and document ongoing ownership.
Plan the right scope
Wireless scope should distinguish survey, installation and ongoing controller administration. Quote factors include building construction, coverage areas, user density, uplink/cabling changes, mounting access and guest features. Survey outputs and ongoing checks are agreed rather than assumed.
Useful information for our first conversation
- Floor plans, affected rooms, approximate concurrent devices and examples of the problem.
- Existing access points, controller details, switches and internet connection information.
- Guest access needs or building-link distance, line of sight and access arrangements.
Questions before you decide
Will new access points fix slow internet?
Only if wireless is the bottleneck. We check wired uplinks, switching, internet connectivity and device behaviour as appropriate. A slow provider connection or overloaded application needs a different remedy.
Can guests use Wi-Fi without accessing our systems?
We can configure separate guest access with agreed network segmentation and access controls. The available hotspot features depend on the equipment and licences. We test the intended access boundaries and agree who maintains them.
Can you connect two buildings wirelessly?
We assess line of sight, distance, mounting locations, power and required capacity before proposing a point-to-point link. Permissions, installation access and environmental limits affect feasibility. A wireless link is not a guaranteed substitute for every wired connection.
What affects the quote?
- Building layout, construction, coverage areas and concurrent device demand.
- Access-point/controller count, guest features and required licences.
- Cabling, switch power, mounting access and building-link feasibility.
Testing and handover
- Representative devices checked in agreed areas for connection, roaming and required application access.
- Guest access boundaries, controller ownership and configuration records reviewed.
